The first is that the company has formulated the correct development strategy, starting from the offshore wind power demonstration project, and then proceeding with the strategy of large-scale development. At present, our offshore wind power pilot demonstration project has been completed. The second is to have strong technical support to ensure the smooth development of offshore wind power. During the development of offshore wind power projects, we communicated with almost all the wind power equipment manufacturers. It took a year and carried out many experiments in the Rudong offshore wind power project; the third one was in offshore wind power projects. At present, the installed capacity of new wind power in China is declining. I think that this trend will continue in 2013. At present, China’s overall economic situation is not good. Therefore, we see that many wind power projects have been postponed. In the past, many wind power projects were already under construction at the same time as project approvals, but many projects have not yet started construction after one year of approval. At present, the development of wind power in areas with good wind resources has been completed, and the development of future wind power projects will become increasingly difficult. Some people think that as wind power equipment prices are lowered, wind power prices should also be reduced accordingly. However, I don't think so. Although the price of wind turbine equipment has dropped, the land price, previous work, and labor cost will increase year by year. Future wind power development will also face many challenges. Therefore, the price of wind power should not be lowered, and the state still needs to use some subsidies to encourage the development of wind power projects.

Second, because there are great risks in offshore wind power development, certain basic work must be done solidly. We spent two years on offshore wind demonstration projects to measure winds. Finally, the development of offshore wind power requires the strong support of the government.

In the past few years, with the rapid development of China's wind power industry, many companies have swarmed into the wind power manufacturing industry, blindly expanded their investment, and pursued their scale blindly. In order to win market orders, some companies have continued to lower prices, resulting in the price of wind turbines fell from more than 6000 yuan per kilowatt all the way to more than 3,000 yuan per kilowatt. This price does not guarantee the quality of the fan, nor can it support the service of the fan over its 20-year life cycle. I think that fan manufacturers cannot blindly pursue scale and rely on low-price competition. Instead, they must dig deeper, absorb and innovate key core technologies, and provide quality products to the market so that they can serve the development well. In view of the difficulty in dispelling the wind power industry in China, if the wind power consumption problem can be completely resolved, the difficulties we face will be greatly eased. At present, the share of wind power in the proportion of power in China is still relatively small. In the future, if wind power is to become one of the major energy sources in China, much work remains to be done. Equipment manufacturers need to think of ways to increase the output of equipment. Developers must think of ways to make investments more detailed when developing projects. Most of the companies are still in the R&D phase. Among these companies, there are not many enterprises that actually use their own technologies to conduct research and development. Most of them still rely on foreign technology. Different from onshore wind power development, the price of wind turbines accounts for only 35% of the project investment cost in offshore wind power development. In addition, infrastructure construction costs account for 20%, power structure and marine logistics, and installation costs account for 15% and 18%, respectively. %. Therefore, in the development of offshore wind power, it is absolutely necessary to avoid price wars in wind turbines. We have conducted an in-depth study of the wind farm in Denmark that has been in operation for 20 years and found that the investment cost of the wind farm project accounts for only 75% of the wind turbine's entire life cycle operational cost. If there is a problem with the quality of wind turbines, then the maintenance costs of the developers will be high in the later period. Therefore, whether it is for onshore wind turbines or offshore wind turbines, the price war is unwise. Developers can't just look at wind turbine prices, but consider the power generation and maintenance costs over a 20-year life cycle.
