In 2006, intelligent service robots were included in the national medium and long-term science and technology development program; in 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially released the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry plan; in 2012, the state issued the "12th Five-Year Plan" for the development of service robot technology.
