Calibration of the electronic crane scale:

This product is pre-calibrated with standard weights at the factory. If you don’t have a hoisting scale, we can provide free on-site calibration services to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to recalibrate later, please contact your local metrology department or reach out to the factory directly. Do not attempt to adjust the scale yourself.

You can also contact the factory or our authorized agents for assistance.

The calibration process is as follows:

1. If you have standard weights (the weight should be at least half of the scale’s capacity, for example, a 5T scale needs at least 2.5T of standard weight):

a. Set the scale to "1".

b. Hang the wire rope and press “zero” to reset.

c. Attach the standard weight, then press the set button once. Enter “5” to select the “weight calibration” option, then press F2 to choose “calibrate.” Enter the password, and input the standard weight value (e.g., if it's 1 ton, enter 1000kg).

d. Confirm the input.

e. Return to the main menu.

f. Adjust the scale reading to match the standard weight (e.g., for a 5T scale with a division value of 2kg, set it accordingly).

2. If you don’t have standard weights:

First, find a reliable scale and weigh a batch of items. Record the weight from the standard scale, then follow the same calibration steps to achieve accurate measurements.
