Calibration of the electronic crane scale:

Crane Scale

This electronic crane scale is pre-calibrated with standard weights at the factory. If no hoisting scale is available, we can offer free on-site calibration services to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to re-calibrate later, it is recommended to contact your local metrology department or the factory directly. Please do not attempt to adjust the scale yourself.

The calibration process is as follows:

1. If you have standard weights (the weight should be at least half of the scale's capacity, e.g., for a 5T scale, you need at least 2.5T of standard weight):

a. Set the scale to "1".

b. Hang the wire rope and press the "zero" button.

c. Attach the standard weight and press the "set" button once. Then press the number key "5" to select the "weight calibration" option. Press F2 to enter the "calibrate" mode. Enter the password, then input the weight value of the standard weight (e.g., if it's 1 ton, enter 1000Kg).

d. Confirm the entry.

e. Return to the main screen.

f. Adjust the scale reading to match the standard weight (e.g., for a 5T scale with a division value of 2Kg, set it accordingly).

2. If no standard weights are available:

First, find a certified scale and weigh a batch of goods. Record the weight from the certified scale. Then perform the calibration steps as outlined above using that recorded weight. This method will help achieve accurate weighing results.
