The results showed that the thermal reflux method was used. Good, the 80% ethanol reflux method has the best extraction effect, and the linear relationship is good in the range of 5.5～27.5 μg/mL, the recovery rate is 100.4%, the RSD value is 2.48% (n=5), and the total phenylethanol total glycoside in the sunflower column is good.
