If the operating power is good, the tripping iron core is weak, indicating that the trip coil operating voltage is too high, or the operating voltage is too low, the tripping iron core is stuck, detached, or the tripping coil itself is faulty. If the tripping iron ejector is well transported and the circuit breaker refuses to jump, it may be that the mechanism jam or the drive link pin is disengaged.

(2) When the two-phase insulation tie rod of the oil-less circuit breaker is broken.
(3) The gas circuit breaker pressure is too low to be maintained.
(4) The circuit breaker with hydraulic mechanism is used, and the hydraulic system is reduced to zero.
In the event of the above phenomenon, the duty officer should immediately remove the operating fuse of the circuit breaker, so that the remote circuit cannot be disconnected. Even if the circuit breaker has a fault, the protection device will not open. At the same time, the duty officer should hang the “No Operation†warning sign on the operating mechanism of the operating handle and the circuit breaker, and then deal with it according to the following principles.
(1) If the power supply of the plant (station) is broken, the load should be transferred according to the command of the director or dispatcher, then the busbar connected to the fault circuit breaker should be powered off, the circuit breaker should be opened, and the upper circuit breaker should be restored. When the duty officer patrols, if the following abnormal phenomena are found, decisive measures should be taken.
