The silicon lens serves as an excellent alternative to plastic, offering durability, high-temperature tolerance, and radiation resistance—qualities that surpass those of glass lenses. Additionally, silicon lenses can be mounted directly onto LED lights, significantly reducing the overall size of the product. This allows headlamp designers to explore new creative possibilities while staying aligned with the current trend toward slim, low-profile headlights. Matrix headlights offer an optimal driving experience in both nighttime and adverse weather conditions. Multiple individually controllable LED lights are integrated into a shared optical component, providing pixel-level precision in controlling each light. This enables users to selectively illuminate or block specific areas of the road and surrounding environment based on their requirements.
