Uncle, St Kilda is a casual Vietnamese restaurant on the Gulf of Melbourne that uses locally sourced ingredients to create a traditional Vietnamese diet, in addition to an atmospheric bar. The design of the restaurant respects the Southeast Asian and Vietnamese style. Vietnamese cuisine has five major taste factors: sweet and sour. In the design, the balance and harmony of the ancient Chinese Jinmu water and fire elements are used. The restaurant is divided into two areas, the bright and rustic dining area upstairs and the dark, understated bar area downstairs. In the dining area, the wood is the primary color, white, gray is the base color, the bright yellow green is the matching color, and the bright and colorful colors of the tableware and accessories are used as the embellishment color. The entire restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere.
